Uzma is a Senior Manager in Tax and Transfer Pricing at Andersen in Mauritius. She advises domestic and multinational clients on corporate and international tax matters, with a particular focus on transfer pricing and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Andersen, Uzma worked with EY in Riyadh, where she specialised in transfer pricing, advising Saudi and multinational groups on transfer pricing advisory, documentation and compliance matters. She previously spent several years with PwC Mauritius, where she developed broad experience across corporate and international tax, transfer pricing, tax treaty matters and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements.

Uzma’s experience includes advising on intercompany financing, intra-group services, royalties, business restructurings and other cross-border arrangements. She has worked with clients across a range of sectors and structures, including financial services, investment holding and multinational businesses operating across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Uzma holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance & Economics from the University of Manchester and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
