Ravi joined Andersen in Mauritius in November 2017. He has over 25 years of working experience in both the public and private sectors. He started his career working in the Judicial department in civil and criminal courts. He then pursued his journey in the private sector with positions at EY, In‐Extenso Paris‐ Maurice (a French member of Deloitte) and Baker Tilly Mauritius Ltd – handling accounting (including accounting as per French GAAP), insolvencies and business advisory matters.

Ravi has also acquired industry experience upon occupying senior positions in finance and administration within the construction and textile industries (top 100 Company) where he was responsible for their trade finance operations – letters of credit, import loans and bill discounting – working capital and cash flow management. He also led and expedited negotiations with their main bankers for banking facilities. At Andersen, Ravi oversees the Accounting team to whom he provides guidance and coaching on main aspects of their deliverables towards the client portfolio across all industries.

As an insolvency practitioner registered with the Director of Insolvency Service in Mauritius, Ravi has acted as liquidator and administrator on a number of companies and is well acquainted with the insolvency process.
