Andersen Webcast: Finally, Guidance on Section 1061: The Future of Carried Interest

On Tuesday, September 1, a group of Andersen Alternative Investment Fund experts hosted a webcast on Section 1061 of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) and the impact of this new tax law on the treatment of carried interest and available planning opportunities to maintain favorable tax treatment of carried interest.
