Following the National Budget 2021/2022 presented by the Honourable Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, the Finance (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (the "Finance Act 2021") received the President’s assent on 5 August 2021.  The Act contains changes to various legislations to implement the measures announced in the National Budget.
