Zaynab joined Andersen in Mauritius in February 2020 as a Senior Tax Manager. Her main expertise includes tax compliance, tax advisory and accounting. She has 10 years of extensive experience in advising clients on both local and international tax strategies, including the application of double taxation treaties together with their interaction with the local tax laws.

Zaynab is well versed in corporate income tax, value added tax, individual taxation, tax accounting, transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, FATCA and CRS. Her experience cuts across various sectors and includes pharmaceutical, financial services, hotel, construction, manufacturing, transport and several global businesses.

Zaynab keeps up to date on all major developments in global tax legislation, policies and practices and regularly speaks in tax webinars. She also delivers bespoke training to staff and clients.

Zaynab is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
